Standard procedure
The repair and maintenance of motors and generators is a specialist job requiring a great deal of expertise. Our many years of experience have provided this professional know-how. Each motor to repair follows a standard procedure in our workshop. Nothing is left to chance. Firstly, a technical diagnosis is made in our testing area (or on site) and the exact status is defined. Based on this diagnosis, we formulate our technical recommendations, including a transparent quotation.
From dismantling to commissioning
After dismantling, all individual parts are thoroughly cleaned, repaired and/or replaced (even completely remanufactured, if necessary) to be followed by the treatment process and coating application. We can spray-paint in multiple layers according to the customer's specifications, or even according to the strictest Offshore specifications. After assembly and testing, the equipment can be dismantled and re-installed on-site, if necessary, and then be commissioned.
